New for 2026: To improve our process, we have moved to purchasing 50-cent tickets, a change from the previous 25-cent tickets.
The Silent Auction is back and will be an on-line platform, so you will be able to join the fun and bid from the comfort of your own home!
The Parish Festival will end at 7:00 PM on Saturday.
The following booths are looking for donated gifts
and prizes:
- Donate GAME PRIZES. Festival prizes are generally provided through donations for participants of all ages. Promotional materials, excess merchandise, or any other items you or your organization can offer are greatly appreciated.
- Donate GIFT BASKETS. You can make the baskets as large or as small as you like. They can be themed around food, toys, stationery, baby items, get-well gifts, congratulations, or anything else that fits the occasion
- Start dreaming up what you’ll bake for our Under the Sea Bake Shop! Treats may be homemade or
store-bought, but please wrap them securely. Cookies, muffins, sweet rolls, fudge, candy, or any favorite sweet creation are all welcome. Cakes may be store-bought or homemade; however, they must not require refrigeration, any allergens must be clearly labeled, and cakes should be brought in a disposable container. Our Silent Auction is in need of items. Wondering how you can help? It’s easy. Donate jewelry, household or handmade items, crystal glassware, antiques, collectibles, or movie and gift cards. Small business owners, we’d love your services or merchandise too! - PLANT & FLOWER SALE: Wanted: Cut Flowers, bulbs, plants, trees. Do you start your own flower, herb, vegetable plants from seed? Please consider planting a few extra to donate to the plant & flower sale. For plants that you start from seed, they can be in paper or foam cups or plant

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED. Volunteers are needed to help with each area in preparation for the Festival, before, during, and after the festival. We need your help! Please volunteer. Running a festival game can be fun! Can you, your ministry, or organization help? If your teen needs service hours (especially those in 7th grade preparing for 8th grade Confirmation next year), this is a great opportunity. A Flocknote volunteer Sign-up will be forthcoming.
