Pastoral Care Service

  • Bereavement Support
An adult bereavement support group is offered twice a year, in the fall and spring.  The group meets on Friday evenings for six weeks.
  • Bus Driving Ministry
On Sundays, our Bus Ministry has volunteer drivers for our two 15-passenger buses which go to various Assisted Living facilities in the parish so our seniors can come to the 9:30 AM Mass. It is so good that they can be a part of our worshiping community and that we can be enriched by their presence among us. We currently are in need of several more drivers. Could you be that person? Drivers are asked to drive every 5th to 6th Sunday. Information: Applicants may contact the parish office at 703-368-4500 for further information.
  • Golden Agers
From September thru June, seniors gather in the Parish Activity Center on the second Tuesday of the month. Rosary begins at 11:30 AM. A hot lunch is served at noon. Entertainment is provided at 12:45 p.m. All senior parishioners 55 years of age and over are invited.
